- Support for new universal FRAD hardware utilizing an 'L' chipset as opposed to the SIPEX chipset which has seen numerous problems in the field.

- Static route entry more flexible and easier to use.

- Firewall functionality enhanced to allow configuration on a 'per interface' basis instead of a 'per box' basis. Firewalls can now be set up on the LAN as well as on a WAN on any individual, or all remote sites with configurable directions that the firewall is to be applied in.

- New syslog feature allows logging of detailed firewall stats.

- The ability to configure 1 digital leased line channel and 1 dial up ISDN channel per BRI.

- Complete re-work of statistics displays.

- Added support for the ability to serve DHCP addresses on ANY single interface (ie. remote site, secondary LAN, etc). Previous implementations of DHCP would only serve addresses to the primary LAN.

- NAT functionality enhanced to allow configuration on a 'per interface' basis instead of a 'remote site' basis. NAT can now be set up on the LAN as well as on a WAN on any individual, or all remote sites.

Problems Fixed:

- Port handling of NetMeeting in Nat/napt incorrect.

- WAN filter stats aren't reported anywhere.

- Filtered secondary IP traffic not reported anywhere.

- TraceRoute thru NAT via W95 times out.
